1. About PhysioSeek

PhysioSeek is an online marketplace and booking platform that connects patients with independent, certified physiotherapists in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. We are a facilitator, not a direct healthcare provider. All physiotherapy services are rendered by independent therapists who are solely responsible for their clinical decisions and treatment.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PhysioSeek independently. Minors may use the platform only through a parent or guardian.
• You must provide accurate and truthful information when booking.
• You must be located in or near Hyderabad, Telangana to receive services.

3. Booking & Appointments

3.1 How bookings work

1. You submit your details (name, phone, area, condition) via our booking form
2. Our team matches you with an available therapist in your area within 2 hours
3. The assigned therapist contacts you directly to confirm the appointment
4. The session takes place at your home or a mutually agreed location

3.2 Booking confirmation

A booking is confirmed only when the therapist contacts you and both parties agree on date, time, and location. Submitting the form does not guarantee an immediate appointment.

3.3 Cancellations

Cancellations must be communicated to the therapist at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in restricted access to the platform.

3.4 No-shows

If a therapist fails to show up without notice, please report it to us at info@physioseek.com and we will arrange an alternative therapist.

4. Fees & Payments

• Booking fee: PhysioSeek charges no booking fee. Booking through our platform is always free.
• Session fees: Fees are charged by the therapist directly for each session. Rates vary by therapist, condition, and session type. Indicative pricing is available at physioseek.com/pricing.php.
• Payment: Session payments are made directly to the therapist (cash, UPI, or as agreed). PhysioSeek does not process payments between patients and therapists.
• No hidden charges: All fees must be disclosed by the therapist before the first session.

5. Medical Disclaimer

PhysioSeek is not a medical service provider and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

• All content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice.
• Physiotherapy services are provided by independent, qualified therapists — not by PhysioSeek.
• Always consult a qualified physician or specialist for serious medical conditions before beginning physiotherapy.
• If you experience a medical emergency, contact emergency services (112) immediately.
• PhysioSeek is not liable for any adverse outcomes resulting from physiotherapy treatment.

6. Therapist Responsibilities

Therapists listed on PhysioSeek agree to:

• Hold valid BPT/MPT qualifications and relevant certifications
• Provide accurate information about their qualifications, experience, and fees
• Treat patients professionally, respectfully, and ethically
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with professional standards
• Not engage in any fraudulent, abusive, or harmful behaviour

PhysioSeek reserves the right to remove any therapist from the platform for violation of these standards.

7. Patient Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your medical history and condition
• Treat therapists with respect and courtesy
• Pay agreed fees promptly
• Not misuse the platform for fraudulent bookings
• Not post false or defamatory reviews

8. Reviews & User Content

• Reviews must be based on genuine experiences and must not be false, misleading, or defamatory
• All reviews are moderated before publication. We reserve the right to reject or remove reviews that violate these terms
• By submitting a review, you grant PhysioSeek a non-exclusive licence to display it on the platform
• Do not post personal contact details, promotional content, or off-topic content in reviews

9. Intellectual Property

All content on physioseek.com — including text, images, logos, code, and design — is the intellectual property of PhysioSeek or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, PhysioSeek shall not be liable for:

• Any clinical outcomes, adverse effects, or complications arising from physiotherapy treatment
• Acts or omissions of independent therapists listed on the platform
• Loss of data, revenue, or business arising from use of the platform
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond our control

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed ₹5,000 or the amount you paid to PhysioSeek, whichever is lower.

11. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.

We encourage resolution of disputes through direct communication first. Email us at info@physioseek.com before initiating legal proceedings.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to PhysioSeek at any time if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
